This cute little hollow unicorn charm, is made in 9ct yellow gold and is said by some to bring good luck.
The unicorn is a legendary animal that has been described by many ancient civilizations, even before the middle ages, as a beast with a large spiraling horn projecting from its head and has long been depicted through the years in heraldry, and is to this day best known as one of the heraldic symbols of Scotland. The unicorn was chosen by the Scots because it was seen as a proud haughty beast which would rather die than be captured. The unicorn is also used in the royal coat of arms of Queen Elizabeth II, as used in England.
