Welcome to the City of London Jewellers, jewellers of distinction located in Eldon Street in the heart of London’s prestigious and historic financial district or ‘square mile’, close to Moorgate Station and Liverpool Street Station.
Trading since 1972 Established In the City of London in 1976, we are an independent jewellers and goldsmiths and pride ourselves on providing our customers with a friendly and personal service.
We are one of the few working jewellers left in the square mile that actually repair, design and make jewellery on the premises. We also offer insurance valuations, machine and hand engraving, pearl and bead re-stringing, watch straps and a battery replacement service. We buy broken and unwanted gold, precious metals and jewellery.
We stock beautiful jewellery, including engagement rings, diamond rings, necklaces, earrings and more, holding many unique pieces of jewellery in stock. We accept deposits to reserve any item. Also, if you damage or lose an item of jewellery, we are able to repair or completely remake the item to your specifications.

Do you buy second-hand jewellery or gold?
We are always interested in purchasing high-quality gold, silver, and gemstone jewellery. If you have pieces you no longer wear or items from an estate, please contact us for a professional assessment and a competitive offer.
Can I have my jewellery valued for insurance?
We provide professional, certified valuations for insurance, probate, or private sale. As one of the few jewellers in the Square Mile offering this service, we ensure your precious items are documented with precision and expertise.
Do you perform repairs in-house?
Absolutely. We offer a comprehensive range of repair services, including ring resizing, stone replacement, and delicate restoration. Your jewellery is handled with the utmost care by our skilled craftsmen to ensure it returns to you in perfect condition.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
- UK Mainland: £7.95 via Royal Mail .
- International: £20.00 flat rate.
We’ll notify you if delivery costs change before dispatch. Orders are processed during our opening hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 6:30pm.
Customers must provide a secure delivery address where the parcel can be signed for. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage due to an unsafe delivery location.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend professional cleaning once a year. We offer a full cleaning and polishing service to remove surface scratches and restore the natural lustre of gold, silver, and gemstones.
Do you offer engraving services?
Yes, we can personalise many of our rings, lockets, and gifts with bespoke engraving. From traditional initials to significant dates, we help you add a meaningful touch to your chosen piece.
