My cat is out on his midnight stroll, with graceful steps, he walks so slow.
His eyes flash and glow like gold in the moonlight. I think he’s looking for a fight.
His tail is up; he is on patrol.
He likes to duck and dive. Are there any mice alive? He strives to bring home his pray, but we don’t want it anyway.
There is cat hair everywhere, but we don’t care, because we love his gorgeous, calming stare.
When he purrs, you can tell all is well. We love to have them by our side. Oh, now he’s asleep; he must be tired.
