This is an absolutely superb, hallmarked solid sterling silver card case, in excellent condition and showing a superbly detailed repoussé high relief scene of a stag in the hills.
It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1913, with the silversmiths mark for Crisford & Norris and measures 10cm x 7cm x 1.1cm (4″ x 2 3/4″ x 7/16″), large enough to take most calling cards, or credit cards if you so desire. Vacant stylised cartouche to both sides.
